Castillo de Canena Primer Día de Cosecha Oil is made in the range of 100% Arbequina olives.
The time of collection is situated on 18 October. It uses a mechanical method of harvesting, vibration with umbrellas, and an extraction method that lasts no more than 4 hours after collection.
Castillo de Canena Primer Día de Cosecha Arbequina Oil has a green flecked with gold. It has the same tasting the familiar subject but with greater intensity. On the nose, soft fruit fresh olive, with slight touches of green apple and artichoke, peppery and a slight tinge of Arbequina Jaén own, very high percentage of oleic acid and polyphenols, which gives them extraordinary stability. The palate has an elegant entrance, is smooth and sweet on the palate, although progress appears slightly peppery and bitter little perceptible.
Castillo de Canena Primer Día de Cosecha Arbequina Oil has an acidity of 0.12. It should be kept in a cool place away from light and heat.
