Castillo de Canena Reserva Familiar Picual Oil is made from 100% Picual olives.
The collection dates range from 4 to November 10. The collection method is mechanical vibration with umbrella and method of extraction takes place in a maximum of 4 hours after collection.
It is bright green. The nose has a fruity green olive and leaf, fragrant aroma and quite complex, with hints of balsamic mint and some citrus. In the words of well-structured and persistent body, has a well balanced bitter and peppery. It has an acidity of 0.12.
It is advised to keep it in a cool place away from light and heat.
