Muy contento con el servicio de atención al cliente, que a pesar de ser un dia festivo (26 de Diciembre) me contactaron varias veces a lo largo del dia para informarme sobre un retraso en el envio, debido a su proveedor y ofrecerme una solución. Despues de hablarlo con el servicio de atención al cliente decidimos que lo mejor era cancelar el primer pedido y hacer uno nuevo. Gestionaron de manera muy eficaz todo el proceso de comunicación, cancelación y nueva compra e incluso me dieron un metodo de envío mas caro de lo que he seleccionado yo, sin sobrecoste para mí, porque querían asegurarse de que el aceite me llegaba a tiempo!
La verdad es que da gusto comprar así!

I tasted this olive oil some years ago, when I bought it locally from a supermarket which had it on promo. I thought it was fantastic - the best olive oil I had ever tasted in fact! I'd been looking for a good oil to make salad dressings with, and in the Venta del Baron I had found it. The trouble was that when the oil was finished, I could no longer find it either in my area or in the large towns nearby. Not possessing a computer at that time, I was unable to search for it online, but I kept the empty bottle with its label, and I never entirely forgot this wonderful oil. Eventually, I found a supplier online, and ordered some. The taste was just as I remembered it, and friends often commented on how good my salad dressing was. I thought howzver, that the P&P from this company a bit expensive, so when my oil was nearly finished, I started searching on-line for another supplier, whose charges were less expensive, and found OleoPolis, and I am so glad I did. The ordering process is easy to follow, the site very informative, and I was able to order in English, (as my Spanish is very rusty) and I encountered no problems. The follow-up service was excellent; I had regular e-mail updates, and was informed when the order had been despatched, and it was trackable too. I received it in about 2 weeks. I can't praise OleoPolis highly enough. My order was for 4 large tins, (less likely to get damaged in transit), which will take us some time to get through, but I shall certainly be ordering from OleoPolis again when they are finished. Thank You OleoPolis for excellent service!
