Olive oils of the Denomination of Origin "Montes de Toledo"is not necessarily extra virgin with a maximum acidity of 0.7 º, taste and smell absolutely irreproachable and organoleptic score above 6.5.
They have a great sense of density in the mouth, are fruity, with delicate nutty flavor and a very balanced flavor that satisfies the most demanding palates. Its color varies from golden yellow to green.
Monovarietal oil is derived exclusively from olives of the variety CORNICABRA and obtained by means that do not produce distortion of features, preserving the flavor, aroma and qualities of the fruit that comes.
It is characterized by its high oleic and low linoleic acid. Its high content of polyphenols confer marked stability even at high temperatures.
