From the union between the family business tradition and passion for the Olive Oil, it was born, two years ago, the project of a new Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oil under the name of Oleo Quirós, which is commercially available in three types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil different : Pago de Quiros (Ecological), Finca La Moncloa and OleoQuirós (DO Montes de Toledo).
Our philosophy is the quality over all, and our secret: the traceability of the project.
Being able to control the process from plant a tree until serves one of our products on the board.
For all this we want to show them that behind this product there is a great effort, not only in the presentation, but in how and where it is produced, processed and packaged.
Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil with intense green tones and golden highlights. Its aroma reminiscent of green almond shell and recently cut grass. The palate is characterized as sour and slightly spicy.
Milled at the optimus moment of ripeness, this Extra Virgin is shown with a yellow-green color with a fruity slightly bitter and peppery almond taste that floods the mouth due to its high density.
The oil produced by Oleo Quirós has the following awards and recognitions among many others:
-Prize for the best Cornicabra Olive Oil Montes de Toledo 2009 for OleoQuiros oil Cornicabra variety.
-Award Olive of Silver 2008 and Golden Olive 2009 in Olive Fair, Mora, Toledo.
