"Olivar de la Luna" very fruity oil is reminiscent of the olive flavor with nuances of flavor to other fruits such as apples and almonds and the memory of freshly cut grass.
Their behavior in the mouth is long, sweet and soft, leaving the final itself a slightly bitter taste of the fruit it came from.
It has great stability and a high content of vitamin E.
It comes from Pozoblanco, Valle de los Pedroches (Córdoba).
Olive varieties from which we obtain 90% Nevadillo blanco(native variety area) and 10% Lechin, Picuda and Manzanillo. Obtaining the product is made by cold extraction (maximum 27 º C). It has an acidity less than 0.2.
Oil stick, not subject to any filtering, obtained by natural settling.
