Fuenroble
Fuenroble, is located in Orcera (Jaén) within the Natural Park Sierra de Segura, Cazorla and Villas. In this place, whose terrain is unequal and cracked, olive groves are melted and mixed with pine forest creating a place of unique beauty. It is a Biosphere Reserve and a Special Protection Area for Birds.

In this area, the variety of olive dominant is the "Picual" a fruit of exceptional qualities that brings to their extra virgin oil of extra quality a fruity flavor of good intensity, a fresh aroma with hints of fruit and final flavor balanced with notes slightly bitter. In particular, Fuenroble is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil Intense Fruity, reminiscent of green herbs, tomatoes, green apple, alloza. On the mouth is sweet, slightly bitter and less peppery, extremely balanced. Very harmonious.

The harvest begins in early November, with the color change of olive from green to violet, at their optimum moment of maturation (ripening), ending in mid-December. It is performed only by mechanical means, thus achieving a healthy fruit, selected with the greatest guarantee of quality and with minimal damage to the fruit.
