Cortijo de Archillas is continuing into its fourth generation of the family "Archilla," which for decades has been characterized by the preparation and obtaining of high quality oil, a legacy that gets this family company offering consumers a wide range of selected products which are known for their exquisite quality, it is oriented to satisfy the most discerning palates.
Among other oils, Cortijo de Archillas produces Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil "Verde Salud" , which comes from the Archillas family that, along with other producers, make up the S. C. A. Trujal of Mágina. This oil is highly valued for its quality, having won six consecutive years the first prize "Lechuza" by the Denomination of Origin Mágina, in turn, its cultivation and its production is controlled and certified by the Comité Andaluz de Agricultura Ecológica (CAAE)
It is the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with more local awards in the D.O. Sierra Mágina for its superior quality:
