South of the province of Cordoba, in Parque Natural de las Sierras Subbéticas, stands majestically "La Tiñosa". In her lap, surrounted by a sea of silvery mountains, is the mill Manuel Montes Marín. The choice of performing our work in this context, it is not coincidental, and drives us to constantly develop our oils in a spiritual communion with the environment arount us.

Thanks to the Mediterranean climate and the altitude where our olive trees are grown, our extra virgin olive oils have a unique flavor and aroma. Fruity juices are mature, with many nuances, light in bitterness and rich aromas. They are considered one of the best oils in the world for its low acidity and high quality collection.

Pórtico de la Villa is undoubtedly one of the best oils in the world. As a result of the pursuit of quality throughout the production process, Pórtico de la Villa has numerous awards nationally and internationally. It has been awarded as the best olive oil in 2011 in Spain (category fruity bitter green) by the Ministry of Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs, and the best  olive oil by the COI (medium green fruity category) in 2009.
