Soler Romero has a color green yellow, clean, glossy and consistent. Smell which highlights the grass tones are emphasized together with the ripest fruits: leaves, grass and artichoke, together with apple and ripe almond. Citric touches. And a taste which has a mild start in the mouth that confirms the aromatic perception, lightly bitter and progressively pungent. A bit astringent that reminds us of artichoke and thistle. Velvety. Medium structure and persistence.
