The extra virgin olive oil Marqués de Valdueza is obtained by extracting the juice from the olives from the olive trees on our estate Perales de Miraflores, linked to Alvares family for many generations, and located near Merida, the region of Extremadura, in the west of Spain.
Its production process, known as one of the most demanding, follows strict rules for obtaining the olive oil.
The olives are harvested at their optimum to obtain olive oil of the highest quality. We collaborate with Dr. Cristino Lobillo, an expert oleólogo, to obtain the best blend of each harvest.
The blend of this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a balance and elegance combined with the Arbequina, hojiblanca, picual and Moorish varieties, giving a unique touch.
Quality in every step of the process of olive oil Marques de Valdueza have led to the recognition, not only nationally but internationally, as the following awards:
