Milagrosa de Monterrubio

|
La Milagrosa de Monterrubio is a young company that emerged for nineteen years with the association of olive growers in the area. Its main aim was self sufficiency, and get all the production milling of olives from their partners.
Currently, annual production is 1.200.000 kg. of extra virgin olive oil, of which, 150,000 kg. are from organic farming and conventional agriculture remaining 1,050,000.
In recent years, the mill have been provided with the best technology on the market, separating the oil completely physical processes, and in two phases, allowing us to get very good extraction of the oil, without raising the temperature pasta, thus preventing losses of oil aromas and flavors.
The Extra Virgen Olive Oil Aceitel was the first mill to certify extra virgin olive oil under the parameters of quality established by the Denomination of Origin Oil Aceite Monterrubio, besides having the certificate by the Consejo Regulador Agroalimentario Ecológico de Extremadura, packaged with the brand Bioaceitel.
