It is considered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained from olives, only by mechanical procedures or other physical procedures, under conditions that do not alter the oil, and without having any treatment other than washing, decantation or centrifugation. The extraction is carried out in cold.
Made from Arbequina olives, it is an intense fruity olive oil, almond flavor, very sweet and pleasant with a slightly peppery. Its aroma is reminiscent of wild fruits, orchard fruits and a hint of banana.
The median of the fruity attribute is 6.3. The acid value is 0.1% and peroxide value of 4.0, meqO2/kg.
