Olive oil from Peña de Martos is known among olive growers and consumers alike for its sweet flavor. The oil is pressed during the second half of November, from Picual olives under the strictest quality controls.
COLOR: A brilliant and luminous green with gold highlights.
AROMA: Complex aromas of ripe and green fruits, aromatic herbs including basil and fennel combine with scents of tomato and even avocado. There are also subtle notes of apple, banana and almonds.
FLAVOR: The flavor is close to the aroma. It starts softly, almost sweetly on the tongue and eventually gives off a perception of pleasant pepperiness. The mouthfeel is velvety and there is a long finish.
